Marilyn Merrifield Hayes has more than 15 years of leadership experience in the corporate, nonprofit, higher education, and entertainment industries, specializing in Diversity & Inclusion Business Integration (D&I), Employee Engagement, Leadership Development, Supplier Diversity, and Corporate Social Responsibility. Formerly the Director of Global Diversity & Inclusion for 21st Century Fox, Marilyn is a “serial” connector, mentor, and coach dedicated to creating pathways and opening the doors of success and inclusion for others. Marilyn offers full-service consulting, coaching, and workshops helping clients to integrate Diversity, Inclusion & Equity as essential components of success for their organization, employees, customers, and community partners.
