Schatar Sapphira Collier

Schatar “Hottie” Sapphira Collier is the co-founder of Super Livestreams along with her husband Maxie Collier. Together, they have founded Super Livestreams, an OTT agency, platform, production company with a network of channels, apps and sites including the Documentary and Reality TV channel, PoultryPrincess.com, Black Reflections TV, NunchakuTV.com, PaperChasers.TV, client channels, and several upcoming channels.

Solid television and movie credits include appearances on “The Doctors” nationally syndicated daytime program, ABC’s “Boston Legal”, and the movie “High Roller” featuring Michael Imperioli of “The Sopranos” among many others. She wrote, directed and penned the libretto for the music mini movie “Amulet Of Love”. Best known as the character “Hottie” as seen on the #1 hit VH1/MTV Networks TV series “Flavor of Love”, Schatar is a graduate of the Ivy League campus of the University of Pennsylvania, a HOBY Alum and an American Legion Distinguished Scholar.

She is the producer and host of the Poultry Princess cooking TV series on Amazon Prime and the author and publisher of the companion cookbook “Poultry Princess Presents Cookbook 1: 100 Of Schatar’s Favorite Delicious Chicken Recipes to Make Your Guests Say Yasssss”.

Schatar, a business owner and entrepreneur since college, has now risen to the position of executive producer, lead on-camera talent and Chief Media Officer.
