Biography
Jaunice Sills McSwain is Senior Director, Content Strategy for E! Entertainment, the only global multi-platform brand for all things pop culture and at Bravo TV, the premiere lifestyle & entertainment brand. In her role she develops strategies to deploy marketing content across linear, digital and emerging platforms for popular franchises “Keeping Up with the Kardashians,” “Total Divas” “Top Chef” and of course “the Real Housewives” franchise. Additionally she markets E!’s live programming initiatives, including E! News, “Live from the Red Carpet” and tentpole coverage of NYFW and Met Gala. Sills was previously Vice President, Programming & Promotion Strategy at REVOLT, the music television network she launched with Sean “Diddy” Combs in 2013. In this role, she directed the strategy of all programming content, managed promotion, scheduling and operations. Jaunice has also held roles at BET, MTV and Logo.
Jaunice is a highly driven, content-obsessed, creative entertainment executive with strong and diverse industry relationships, who has been recognized as a leader in the entertainment industry. In 2016, she was selected as a Women In Cable Telecommuncations (WICT) Rising Leader and a CableFax Overachiever. She has also been featured on Forbes.com and Ebony.com.
A proud alumna of Spelman College, Jaunice graduated cum laude with a Bachelor’s degree in English and minor in Management and Organization. She is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., Management Leadership for Tomorrow (MLT), and a 2014 graduate of the NAMIC Leadership Seminar. She is the chairwoman of the Black Women Film Network, and for the last several years has served as the Executive Director of the Black Women Film Summit in Atlanta. Sills is very passionate about HBCU’s and in 2016 was honored at The White House as a successful HBCU alumni by First Lady Michelle Obama’s Better Make Room initiative.
